#144 / Still Sailing

My ship is in the harbor
And the sails are spread
Listen to me pretty baby
Lay your hand upon my head
Beyond here lies nothin'
Nothin' done and nothin' said*

Well my ship’s been split to splinters and it’s sinking fast
I’m drownin’ in the poison, got no future, got no past
But my heart is not weary, it’s light and it’s free
I’ve got nothin’ but affection
For all those who’ve sailed with me**

oooOOOooo

My thanks to Bob Dylan, born on May 24, 1941, for helping me to know and appreciate the precious majesty and wonder of this life, where we were born in time

Bob Dylan is eighty years old, today. And he's still sailing.

Still sailing, after all these years.
