#299 / Which Is It?

Which is it? Win-Win or Zero Sum?

I am coming down firmly on the Both/And side.

We are all individuals. We need to act individually, and for ourselves. 

But, we are all part of a greater community, too - various "communities," in fact. Ultimately, we are all part of one human community. We can't go it alone. 

You have probably heard this before:

If I am not for myself, who will be for me? But if I am only for myself, who am I? If not now, when?"
