Split the English Muffins, Place In Broiler Pan Rough Side Up
Cut Up Swiss Cheese Into Smallish Pieces
Slice Green Onions
Crumble Ground Round Onto The English Muffins
Add Beau Monde (Lightly) To Meat On Each Open-Faced Muffin
Add Thyme (Liberally) To Meat On Each Open-Faced Muffin
Broil (As Pan Is Shown) Until Meat Browns A Little
Remove Broiler Pan From Broiler
Add Green Onions And Swiss To Each Open-Faced Muffin
Return To Broiler
Remove From Broiler When Swiss Cheese Is Melted
Serve
