I recently received a nice note from the Resource Center For Nonviolence, with a quotation from one of the Center's founders, Scott Kennedy. Scott, in his quote, quoted Gandhi:
I have been challenged by Gandhi's admonition that no principle exists without its concrete application. I like to test my commitment to nonviolence in active engagement with day-to-day challenges.Scott picked a good quote to quote: "No principle exists without its concrete application."
-Scott Kennedy
That bears repeating.
