As of September 9th, I am back in Santa Cruz, with work to do on water supply issues affecting the City of Santa Cruz, High-Speed Rail issues affecting the San Francisco Peninsula, and water supply and water quality issues in the Pajaro River watershed, to name a few of my current assignments.
But I have just been privileged to see parts of the natural world that are spectacular beyond saying: Machu Picchu and the Andes.
In the words of the great Chilean song writer and singer, Violeta Parra: "gracias a la vida, que me has dado tanto."
Thanks to this life that has given me so much.
