I have been known to recommend books, from time to time.
Look above. You'll see the book cover to Pledging My Time, by Ray Padgett. I received Padgett's book as a gift from my sister, Nancy, and I have now finished reading it. I am, thus, in a position in which I can recommend that book to you - or maybe it would be better to say that I feel confident in recommending this book to any and all who might have an interest in Bob Dylan. If you don't know whether or not you quality, as a member of that group, try listening to my personal Bob Dylan playlist, which I call my, "Memorial Songs." I have advertised those songs on this blog before.
If you don't recognize the song to which the title of Padgett's book alludes, here is where you can listen to that one. As for the book, it's on the order of four hundred pages, each page containing the recollections of someone who has played music with Dylan, on stage or in a studio. If you would like to get an idea about how Bob Dylan does it, this book's a winner!
