I, personally, have an additional suggestion, to add to the list provided in the blog. I think it helps to look into a mirror. Literally.
I call it mirror therapy.
Look at yourself, and "reflect," and you sense (and even see) the possibilities inherent in our existence.
That has been my experience.
It's my recommendation for today.
