#69 / One Of Those Small Groups

Margaret Mead, pictured, is well known for this statement: 

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.

One of those small groups, IF, based in Watsonville, California, publishes a journal called Integrities. IF has posted Mead's quote on its website. If you contribute (encouraged), IF will send you copies of Integrities by mail. The most current edition of Integrities has a quote on the cover that made me remember why I like Eugen Rosenstock-Huessy so much: 

The future will not result from present trends, nor from ideological opposition to those trends. The future must always be created anew. 

As Integrities states, we are "dreaming" the future into being. We are creating it anew.
