#4 / The "To Do" List

In politics, talking about doing things is (relatively) easy. Doing them is (really) hard. At least, that has been my experience. The image here outlines the process.

Here are three items for our new Governor and Legislature to think about as they compose their own "To Do" lists for California:

1. Turn more governmental authority over to locally-elected officials.
   
2. Change the system so that a majority vote can make real decisions.
3. Reform our land use system.
